Overview

This position offers a unique opportunity to influence the direction of digital experiences across both consumer and enterprise platforms. The role requires a blend of quantitative and qualitative research skills, strong storytelling ability, and a deep understanding of user behavior in eCommerce and digital product environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and measure UX metrics and success indicators across multiple digital experiences.
• Lead end-to-end research initiatives, from problem framing to data synthesis and stakeholder communication.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative studies, applying the appropriate methodologies to uncover insights that guide design and product direction.
• Analyze and interpret data using statistical tools (e.g., SPSS, SQL, SAS) and present results clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Partner closely with product, design, engineering, and analytics teams to drive user-centered decision-making.
• Manage and prioritize multiple concurrent research projects with varying levels of complexity and visibility.
• Translate findings into clear, actionable insights that directly inform product strategy, roadmaps, and customer experience design.
• Champion research best practices and help evolve the organization's approach to human-centered design.
