Compensation : $60,000 - $70,000
Responsibilities :
- Collect each client’s financial information to determine financial status, financial goals, cash flow, and financial expectations
- Customize financial plans for each client based on potential life changes and changing financial needs
- Identify, seek, and establish prospects continuously and create strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to existing clients; track and monitor communications in the client file, including strategies and financial advice given
- Synthesize and present financial recommendations and strategies that are suitable based on client risk tolerance and financial objectives
- Work with the existing client base and lead flow to generate new business
- Prospecting for clients through networking and referrals
- Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
- Providing financial solutions for clients through fact-gathering and needs analysis
- Expanding personal knowledge and skills through ongoing professional development and joint work with fellow associates
Qualifications :
Computer proficiency including MS Office, Google Suite, CRM systems, and financial planning software is vitalUp-to-date knowledge of the financial industry, financial products, best practices, and tax regulations is necessaryProven success as a financial planner, personal financial advisor, financial analyst, or financial consultant is essentialExemplary communication skills, math skills, relationship skills, and customer service skills are vitalBachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field is requiredMust be Series 7 / 6, Series 63 / 66 licensed and 215 licensedStrong interpersonal skills and customer service focusMarket development / networking abilitiesBA, BS, and / or graduate degree or equivalent work experience requiredAbout Company
