This full-time leadership role oversees Sterile Processing operations at two hospital campuses in the South Bay region, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. The position works closely with perioperative and interventional leadership, physicians, and clinical teams to support exceptional patient care.

Oversight of two Sterile Processing departments

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range : $104,000 to $164,000

Oversee daily operations of Sterile Processing departments at two South Bay locations

Develop, implement, and manage operational budgets

Partner with surgical and interventional teams to support clinical excellence

Lead staff development, training, and performance management initiatives
