The Arc of Cumberland & Perry Counties (CPARC) is seeking a full time Director of Center for Industrial Training to work out of our Industrial Training Center in Mechanicsburg. The mission of The Arc of Cumberland & Perry Counties (CPARC) is to empower, inspire, and educate people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, their families, and the community.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Supervision : Provide strategic leadership and direct supervision to a diverse professional staff. Ensure that personnel and administrative policies are consistently and fairly applied.
Program Operations : Oversee all PCIT and industry-integrated programs, ensuring efficient, high-quality service delivery that meets the needs of participants and business partners.
Compliance & Quality Assurance : Maintain compliance with contract, licensing, and regulatory requirements, including Federal Wage and Hour laws and safety standards. Ensure all incident reporting is timely and accurate.
Fiscal Management : Develop and manage annual budgets, monitor expenditures, and prepare required financial and programmatic reports. Exercise sound judgment in budgetary and business affairs.
Strategic Planning : Establish annual and long-term goals for program development, quality improvement, and sustainability in alignment with CPARC's mission and strategic plan.
Community Relations & Advocacy : Serve as a liaison to local, regional, and state agencies. Promote the program through community engagement, advisory committees, and public speaking opportunities. Lead fundraising efforts and foster positive relationships with stakeholders.
Innovation & Program Development : Identify new opportunities and creative approaches to enhance vocational training and employment services. Monitor business and industry trends to ensure programs remain relevant and effective.
Safety & Emergency Preparedness : Ensure compliance with fire, safety, and emergency protocols. Provide support in emergency situations consistent with training (including First Aid / CPR).
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field required; Master's Degree preferred.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a vocational rehabilitation or related human services setting.
Demonstrated experience in staff supervision, program administration, and fiscal management.
Knowledge of licensing and contract compliance standards.
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary : $81,626 per year
