Overview

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead HDR's Construction Services Group in Ohio; oversee the delivery of civil, highway, water & wastewater construction services for HDR CCC in Ohio.
• Responsible for Construction Management, Project Controls, inspection staff supervision, and quality control.
• Perform business development, strategic planning, staffing, project financials, training, and QA oversight.
• Serve as Project / Construction Manager on projects such as program management and construction engineering; act as client manager and establish client relations.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop strategies, expand resources, and execute construction services activities.

The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.) Pay Transparency Ohio : $107,170 - $175,999.
