The Law Offices of Eric L. Pines, PLLC (Pines Federal Employment Attorneys) is a nationally recognized leader in federal employment and disability law. We represent clients in EEO claims, MSPB appeals, OPM disability retirement, Veterans Affairs civilian matters, federal labor union disputes, and SSDI applications and appeals.

• The Role :

We are seeking an

• experienced litigation attorney (5–7+ years)
• who thrives in hearings, trials, and complex legal disputes. This is an in-person role in Houston (with flexibility for highly experienced candidates).

You will :

• Represent federal employees in litigation and administrative hearings (EEO, MSPB, OPM disability, SSDI).
• Conduct depositions, evidentiary hearings, and settlement negotiations.
• Draft and argue motions, appeals, and briefs.
• Manage a litigation-heavy caseload with support from paralegals and fellow attorneys.
• Work directly with clients to advise, prepare, and advocate effectively.

• Who You Are :
• Licensed attorney (any state bar, since this is federal law).
• 5–7+ years of litigation and hearing experience (employment law or SSDI preferred).
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Comfortable handling complex cases with independence and accountability.
• A problem-solver who brings practical solutions, not just legal theory.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.
• A team player; no egos, just results.
• Preferred but Not Required :
• Federal employee law experience.
• Experience before MSPB, EEOC, or federal courts.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
