About the Role : As a Front-Line Specialist , you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your role is essential in ensuring each customer has a positive and seamless experience at Midas.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet customers warmly and professionally, making them feel valued and welcome.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk efficiently.
• Listen to customer concerns and clearly communicate recommended services.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized customer waiting area.
• Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure smooth workflow.
• Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles and address any questions or concerns.
