Plant Manager-Quality

Trane Technologies is hiring a Plant Manager-Quality in La Crosse, WI. In this role, you will be responsible for manufacturing and quality improvement initiatives between three different Commercial HVAC business units that allow Trane to meet organizational goals and support a lean strategy to bring Trane's products to new levels of quality, reliability, and value. This leader will apply advanced manufacturing and lean strategies to promote quality and remove waste in operations. The candidate must be highly motivated and be able to lead a team of employees in the development and implementation of new processes, tools, and procedures that meet Trane's safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.

Where is the work :

This position has been designated as full-time, on-site at our La Crosse, WI facility and is considered safety-sensitive.

Compensation :

Base Pay Range : $110,000-145,000 / annually. Total compensation for this role will include a commission / incentive plan. Disclaimer : This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
