Role Overview

The Vice President of Business Development & Strategy will collaborate closely with the Head of Corporate Development and Strategy, as well as commercial business units, to formulate and execute World Kinect's North American growth strategy. This role will be critical in leading and providing full life cycle support for M&A projects, as well as significant organic growth opportunities that expand the business beyond the core operations. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned commercial operator with extensive acquisition experience, combining commercial line management and in-house strategy / corporate development roles.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy and Market Research :

• Contribute to the formulation and regular updating of World Kinect strategic plans.
• Develop an informed and intelligent viewpoint on industry trends and opportunities by leveraging market knowledge, and internal and external sources of information.
