General Practice Veterinary Technician   Red Bank Veterinary Hospital (RBVH) proudly opened its new, state-of-the-art facility in May 2024—an expansive, 100,000+ square foot space nearly twice the size of our original Tinton Falls location.

This milestone marks the continuation of over 40 years of dedicated service to our community.

Equipped with advanced diagnostics like MRI, CT, fluoroscopy, and a PET scanner, the hospital features 52 exam rooms, 12 surgical suites, a dedicated emergency department, and expanded training spaces.

Thoughtful amenities—including feline-only waiting areas, a rehab unit, comfort rooms, and a serene zen garden—reflect our commitment to exceptional care for pets and their families.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled General Practice Veterinary Technician to join our general practice team.

You will assist veterinarians with exams and procedures, handle lab work and medications, manage client interactions, and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.

The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, familiar with canine and feline care, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Position Overview :

• The General Practice Veterinary Technician provides essential support to veterinarians by preparing exam rooms, assisting with procedures, performing patient restraint, collecting lab samples, administering medications and fluids, and delivering compassionate patient care.
• This role also includes managing client interactions, coordinating appointments and discharges, maintaining medical records, and ensuring exam rooms and equipment are clean and well-stocked.
• The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, familiar with canine and feline care protocols, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
