Veterinary Practice Manager

Northside is seeking a full-time Practice Manager. As you join our mission of "Healing Those That Heal Us," expect to provide leadership and structure to our team of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff.

With a firm understanding of the veterinary industry, and prior experience overseeing hospital operations, you'll be responsible for leading with clarity, managing multiple priorities, and contributing directly to the ongoing excellence and improvement of the hospital and the patients we care for.

• Previous management experience in a veterinary setting is required.

Schedule : Full time, salaried position (approx. 40 hours per week). Typical schedule Monday through Friday, with occasional after-hours meetings and Saturdays. Flexibility and discretion in creating schedule.

Pay : $90,000 - $100,000 per year, determined by the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications. Eligibility for up to 15% performance-based annual bonus.
