This pivotal role oversees the development and execution of our Quality Management System (QMS), ensures compliance with industry standards, and fosters a company-wide culture of continuous improvement. As a key leader, you will manage the quality team, drive Lean and Six Sigma efforts, and collaborate across departments to enhance product and service consistency and customer satisfaction.

About the Role :

As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for delivering training programs focused on manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and quality assurance. You will work closely with our Technical Writer to update training materials, ensuring they align with industry best practices and organizational goals. Your role is vital in onboarding new hires and providing ongoing training to enhance skills and productivity.

This full-time, in-office position is part of the Engineering department, collaborating with Production teams and management to identify training needs and implement effective solutions. Your efforts will ensure employees are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel, contributing to our manufacturing success.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Lead the development and maintenance of the QMS, ensuring ISO 9001 compliance.
• Drive quality initiatives and continuous improvement efforts using Lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Monitor quality metrics and lead CAPA and root cause analysis efforts.
• Oversee audits, product inspections, and supplier evaluations.
• Collaborate to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
• Manage quality documentation, control plans, and testing procedures.
• Train and mentor employees on quality standards and lead the Quality team.
