A   growing, medium-sized regional CPA firm in the Cincinnati area is looking to add an  Audit Manager to their growing team!    This firm is in growth mode and seeking top talent to lead audits, mentor staff, and contribute to the firm’s expansion and success.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and oversee audit engagements for a diverse client base

Lead, train, and mentor audit staff

Review work for accuracy, compliance, and quality

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients

Collaborate with firm leadership on operational and strategic initiatives

Qualifications : CPA license required

Minimum 5 years of public accounting experience , preferably in audit & assurance

Strong leadership, technical, and communication skills

Proven ability to mentor and develop staff

Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
