FINANCE COORDINATOR

We're seeking a Finance Coordinator to assist the Accounting Manager with accounting, reporting, and administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who's organized, analytical, and enjoys variety - no two days are the same!
Key Responsibilities of the Finance Coordinator Role
Maintain accounts receivable records, prepare lien notices, and assist with collections
The Finance Coordinator will process payments, billing adjustments, and account reconciliations
Submit and track claims
Compile financial and productivity reports and maintain cloud-based records
Respond to customer & vendor inquiries and provide support to management
The Finance Coordinator will track real estate transactions and coordinate related documentation
Assist with confidential tasks and general administrative duties
Step in to support the Executive Director during absences
Qualifications of the Finance Coordinator Role
Minimum of 2 years' experience in an office or accounting environments
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, billing, and accounts receivable
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs)
Experience with fund accounting systems such as AccuFund or i3 Verticals a plus
Knowledge of billing software (VUB or similar) preferred
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
High school diploma or GED required
