Job Summary

We're hiring a Project Coordinator to keep our construction pipeline on track, scheduling crews and subs, managing materials and equipment orders, and coordinating site visits for new builds and renovations. We're expanding into new markets, so if you're serious about project management, especially in HVAC-R, you'll get hands-on ownership of a wide range of projects, from new supermarket builds to complex renovations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain construction schedules; track milestones and dependencies
• Coordinate subcontractors (rigging, electrical, controls, etc.)
• Request quotes and place POs for equipment and materials
• Plan deliveries; manage material take-offs and inventory status
• Schedule rigging and major equipment picks
• Conduct site visits; capture progress photos / notes; escalate issues
• Align technician dispatch with project timelines
