Responsibilities
- The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for managing incoming customer requests through email, phone, and electronic submittals.
- Triages all requests, assigns the appropriate resources for service, and follows the job through to completion.
- Ensures key service metrics are maintained for each service request and provides transparent, pro-active communication to the customer.
- Manages work with field resources to ensure they understand expectations for each request.
- Follows up on dispatches, updates customer platforms, verifies time on site, requests proposals, and performs other clerical duties required to resolve completion of work.
Qualifications
Ability to manage 5+ dynamic clients; managing 100+ requests per month.Ability to communicate effectively across dynamic teams in the field and in the office.Ability to maintain a calm composure with a high level of customer service while resolving conflicts with customers, vendors, and internal teams.Ability to handle frequent stressful situations and tight deadlines.Ability to manage multiple competing priorities to meet the best interests of Davaco, the Client, and the team.Maintain Key Performance Indicators for your customers.Maintain key field relationships to ensure fast and effective communication from the field to the teams and ultimately the client.Deliver a high level of customer service through your teams and build client relationships.Display urgency in response and action to meet internal and external customer needs.Support the growth of customers through excellent service delivery, execution, and cost avoidance.Focus on teamwork to achieve goals and collaborate effectively with co-workers.Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.Bachelor's Degree in Project Management is a plus.2+ years in multi-site Facilities Maintenance as vendor, vendor aggregator, or client.Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.Ability to deal with ambiguity.Disclaimer and EEO
