Responsibilities

Manage the customer flow, admissions process, and marketing program for the community.

Guide the marketing program to ensure strong customer, referral, and payer satisfaction, appropriate market penetration, positive public image, and maximization of community profitability and census goals.

Engage in sales and marketing efforts away from the facility location to secure referrals to the community (primarily in hospitals).

Qualifications

Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.

Must have an unrestricted drivers license.

Must have a minimum of three (3) years experience working in a healthcare setting.

Must possess basic computer skills and the ability to navigate through various software programs, including referral software and electronic health record software.
