YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Join our mission to supply happiness to clients, communities, and your team members. This is a fabricator position where you'll build roof and floor trusses for contractors and homeowners, integrating cutting-edge robotic technology and automation into your daily work!. Bring your passion and determination, and get ready for some fun!

Here are the details :

• Operate and monitor automated truss-building machinery, ensuring precise positioning of pre-cut boards according to blueprint specifications
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs & climb up and down from heights between 2.5-3 ft repeatedly throughout the day
• Basic Mathematical Skills
• Follow Line Leaders' Instructions
• Place metal reinforcement plates over connecting joints
• Swing a hammer to connect parts at joints
• Perform quality checks, verify dimensions and accuracy of robotic assembly before moving trusses to the stacker
• Always maintain a safe and neat work area at all times
• Other Duties as Assigned
