This role will oversee Project Managers, Estimators, and Back Office Personnel, ensuring efficient project execution, accurate cost estimation, and streamlined administrative processes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in construction or electrical contracting, and the ability to drive performance across multiple teams.

Salary Range : $150,000 $180,000, based on experience

• Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Estimators, and administrative staff in the West Region.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and financial performance to ensure quality, safety, and profitability.
• Review and approve project estimates, budgets, and schedules.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to set regional goals and performance benchmarks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
• Analyze business operations and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Compensation Range

The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $150,000.00 / Yr. - USD $180,000.00 / Yr. depending on experience and qualifications.
