4+ years of experience in Customer Success or Client Services at an enterprise SaaS company
Extremely organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Pendo, Domo, and JIRA
Corporate Security or Executive Protection knowledge is a plus
