Your Role :

As Director, Revenue Operations, you will lead our global Deal Optimization team, which provides Pricing, Proposals Management, Deal Desk, and Order Management support to our Sales teams.

You will be a critical business partner to the Sales executives and leaders in all regions, as your team will drive accelerated deal cycles and maximize deal values, all while ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.

In addition to your teams processes and workflows, you will be responsible for the design, operation and ongoing optimization of the DealHub CPQ (configure-price-quote) module in our HubSpot CRM, and our Loopio proposals management tool

Together with the executives and leaders on our Product team, you will design our pricing strategy, deploy it within our systems and tools, and enable the field on how to successfully leverage pricing in contract negotiations.

Responsibilities & Duties :

• Manage the Deal Optimization team of 7 people that includes the following functions :

Deal Desk

Required Qualifications :

5 years of people management expertise in a high growth environment

5 years experience of working in an Enterprise SaaS sales environment

3 years experience managing a Deal Desk team
