job_description.job_card.job_descriptionCollaborate with the copywriting and design team to develop on-brand content ideas and campaigns Create original multimedia content tailored for various platforms, including graphics, videos, and copy Maintain and plan the social marketing calendar, aligning content with important dates and events Conduct research on market, cultural, and audience trends to inform content creation Manage community interactions across platforms, responding to comments and direct messages Bachelor's degree in marketing, writing, English, communications, or a related field Minimum of 2 years’ experience in social media content creation Proficiency in social media platforms and best practices for content creation Skilled in Adobe Photoshop for resizing and recoloring images Experience with work management platforms such as Asana, Slack, or Monday Experience writing creative brand copy in-house is a plus
