Summary :
The Supply Chain Coordinator provides operational support for the Inventory Managers and department leadership. This role is primarily responsible for all aspects of receiving goods into third party warehouses and manages and files all corresponding certificates of analysis from suppliers. The Supply Chain Assistant is also responsible for reconciling invoices for Accounts Payable where variances exist. This role also provides support in the form of expediting receipts, updating delivery dates on purchase orders, and assisting with pricing updates.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Monitor and manage email box where receiving paperwork, certificates of analysis, and Invoices are delivered
- Save and file all certificates of analysis for auto attaching to the lot file in the company's ERP system
- Prior to receiving product into the warehouse ensure all corresponding certificates of analysis are attached to the receipt.
- Work with the Inventory Manager or supplier to obtain any missing certificates of analysis
- Enter and maintain expiration dates of product at time of receipt
- Research and resolve any invoice variances by working with warehouse staff or Inventory Managers to provide Accounts Payable with a resolution
- Expedite receiving of goods where urgency exists
- Work closely and communicate with cross functional teams when support is needed on projects and data compiling
- Provide support in monitoring and updating PO due dates
- Provide support in updating product costs when changes occur
- Develop close working relationship with the Inventory Managers to provide support as needed

High School Diploma or some college desiredPrevious Chemical Industry Knowledge helpfulPrevious experience in Inventory Management or Supply Chain is beneficialMust be able to multitask, have excellent time management skillsMust be organized and able to prioritize work, determining what is critical and needs to be completedSelf-motivated, honest, dependable and a high-level of integrity.Good interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented, well organized and strong analytical and math skills.Good PC and MS Office skills, especially Excel.Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business correspondence.Effectively present information as necessary in written and spoken form.Able to treat others with respect and dignity, maintain confidentiality on sensitive issues.Able to effectively work in a team-based and quality driven environment, where all team members hold themselves mutually accountable.Computer Skills :
