Job Description

This Co-Impact Sourcing Specialist will focus on the development of responsible sourcing program content, reporting, and data management, focusing on highlighting doTERRA's C? -Impact Sourcing principles, while actively collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and collection of impact data and other tools to support value-based CIS strategy in the company
• Support ethical, honest, and clear CIS messaging
• Support development of new and improved CIS messaging based on updated company direction, and communicating due diligence efforts
• Review Marketing content requests
• Monitor implementation of new and improved CIS messaging
• Manage Sourcing Marketing Folder content
• Draft written marketing materials such as project summaries, sourcing brochures, website content, and sourcing information on oils
• Draft templates of key messaging for presentations, internal and external audiences
• Organize and review existing sourcing footage with Marketing
