As a key member of our leadership team, the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) guides and supports our nursing staff to ensure the highest standards of care for our residents. Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Qualifications :

• Must have, as a minimum, two (2) years of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, nursing home, or other related healthcare facility.
• Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the practicing state.
• Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to long-term care.
• Current CPR certification.
