The Position

As an Impact Network Partner, you'll champion inclusion and belonging at Roche, driving initiatives within our employee-led Impact Networks (Impact Networks are employee-led groups sponsored by the I&B organization that celebrate diversity within the organization). You will coordinate activities, partner with leaders, and help build a workplace where everyone thrives.

The Opportunity :

You will partner closely with Network leaders, executive sponsors, employees, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful I&B programs and events. Through this work, you'll help activate the broader US I&B strategy at the grassroots level, amplifying employee voices and stories across the organization. You will be responsible for :

• Program and Event Coordination : Support Impact Network event planning and execution by coordinating logistics, communications, materials, and timelines. Maintain documentation and track program effectiveness through feedback and engagement.
• Stakeholder and Network Support : Support Impact Network leaders and members with guidance, administration, inquiries, best practices, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with cross-functional partners on compliance and alignment. Represent network views in team discussions.
• Operational Excellence and Compliance : Ensure network initiatives adhere to company policies (I&B, legal, brand). Assist with budget tracking, vendor coordination, and resource allocation as needed. Maintain and update shared Group / Network tools, documents, and digital platforms.
• Inclusion Engagement and Awareness : Support inclusion campaigns and events, stay updated on I&B trends, and contribute ideas to boost Network engagement and visibility.

What You Will Bring :

Note : Primary location for this role, one of the following locations; Indianapolis, Santa Clara, Tucson, Branchburg, or Pleasanton.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of California is $119,700 - $222,300. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
