Anthony J. Madonia & Associates, Ltd. is an established law firm in Schaumburg that specializes in business and corporate law, trust and estate planning, taxation and litigation / dispute resolution. We are seeking an attorney with experience in corporate law that also has knowledge of estate / probate law who can provide exceptional client engagement experiences to our clientele. This position is full-time and on-site.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience within a law firm. They are a person with an ability to earn people's trust and have excellent client communication skills.
Duties :
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts and agreements
- Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings
- Provide legal advice to clients on corporate and business matters
- Stay current with changes in the law and regulations
