Lead Customer Service Representative

Location : Denver, CO

Schedule : Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM, Sat 9AM-3PM (5 days / 40 hrs / week)

Contract-to-Hire (3 months)

• About the Role

We're looking for a bilingual (Spanish / English)

• Customer Service Lead
• to oversee our Slab Desk Will Call area. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll guide a team, support walk-in customers, and ensure smooth operations across departments.
• Key Responsibilities
• Lead and support the Slab Desk CSR team to meet quality and efficiency goals
• Act as the escalation point for team and customer issues
• Assist walk-in customers, answer calls, and respond to emails / faxes
• Handle tile order data entry using internal systems and Excel
• Collaborate with showroom, warehouse, and order desk teams
• Deliver exceptional customer service and post-sale support
• Must-Have Qualifications
• 1+ year in a management or lead role (retail experience welcome!)
• Strong face-to-face customer service skills
• High school diploma or GED
• Basic Excel and data entry skills
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Nice-to-Haves
• Experience with tile or construction materials

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00 / hr.
