Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on store facilities and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
- Maintain cleanliness of both the interior and exterior of the store, including parking lots, entrances, and restrooms.
- Assist with minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks as needed.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management.
- Keep inventory of maintenance supplies and assist with ordering as necessary.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with health regulations.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Previous experience in maintenance or facilities management is a plus.Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.Good communication skills to interact with team members and management.Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Benefits
