Job Description

Cintasis seeking a Production Manager. The Rental Production Manager – L2 (Level 2) is responsible for creating a high performing operationalenvironment with a team focused, motivated, and inspired to achieve team objectives. The RentalProduction Manager – L2 is accountable for developing a high performing team, overseeing all plantoperations in a location, and ensuring on-time delivery of products that exceed our customerexpectations, service and quality standards, and positions Cintas as the leader and best in our industry.

• Customer Experience – Actively works with the Sales and Service teams conducting plant tours,setting appropriate expectations, resolving quality issues, etc. to ensure Cintas is positioned to grow
