What You'll Do

As a Billing Manager, you'll be a vital part of our finance team, ensuring projects are billed properly and costs are tracked with precision. Your work will support the business in making smart decisions and maintaining profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and submit AIA billing applications and other client billing formats.

Manage all aspects of job costing , including labor, materials, subcontractors, and overhead allocation.

Reconcile project budgets to actuals and provide variance analysis.

Partner with project managers to monitor financial performance and resolve billing / cost issues.

Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and industry standards.

Assist with month-end close, reporting, and audits as needed.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in construction.

Strong knowledge of AIA billing and job costing processes .

Proficiency with accounting software (experience with construction-specific systems is a plus).

Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
