Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Women's Accessories Designer with deep expertise in handbags and a strong background in leather goods to join our design team. This role will focus on developing seasonal collections of handbags, footwear, and belts that work together to tell complete brand stories. Soft accessories—including scarves, ponchos, cold weather, and hosiery—will be designed as complementary layers to the core leather goods collections.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for creative design of handbags as the anchor of seasonal accessories collections, ensuring footwear and belts support and complete the storytelling.
• Conceptualize and design innovative, brand-right leather goods aligned with seasonal apparel direction and trend influences.
• Strong ability to conceptualize and design custom hardware that is used across handbags, belts and footwear
• Partner with cross-functional teams (merchandising, product development, sourcing) to ensure designs meet brand, margin, and quality expectations.
