Project Manager — Specialty Commercial Drywall Contractor (Construction)

We're growing and hiring a Project Manager who can take full ownership of project delivery from start to finish — managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships with confidence. This is a turnkey role for someone ready to step in and lead.
What You'll Do
As a Project Manager , you'll oversee all aspects of assigned projects, balancing operational execution with strong client communication. You will :
- Manage drywall and acoustical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Lead project meetings, coordinate with superintendents and field teams, and ensure schedules are aligned.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through site visits, clear communication, and regular lunches / meetings with GCs.
- Oversee project budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, billing, and change orders.
- Handle contract management and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, procurement logs, and project documentation.
- Monitor jobsite safety, quality, and coordination with other trades.
What We're Looking For
3–7 years of experience in construction project management, ideally with drywall or interiors experience.Proven ability to manage projects independently and deliver on time and under budget.Strong communication and relationship management skills with GC partners, clients, and field leaders.Solid understanding of construction workflows, budgets, and scheduling.Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with On Screen Takeoff, Quick Bid, or similar project management software preferred.While a degree is impressive, we recognize that what's on paper doesn't define you.
