Project Manager — Specialty Commercial Drywall Contractor (Construction)

We're growing and hiring a Project Manager who can take full ownership of project delivery from start to finish — managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships with confidence. This is a turnkey role for someone ready to step in and lead.

What You'll Do

As a Project Manager , you'll oversee all aspects of assigned projects, balancing operational execution with strong client communication. You will :

• Manage drywall and acoustical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Lead project meetings, coordinate with superintendents and field teams, and ensure schedules are aligned.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through site visits, clear communication, and regular lunches / meetings with GCs.
• Oversee project budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, billing, and change orders.
• Handle contract management and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, procurement logs, and project documentation.
• Monitor jobsite safety, quality, and coordination with other trades.
