About The Role

Our Duluth Team is currently looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager that will develop a diverse portfolio of electrical engineering projects with a focus on the design, construction, and maintenance of complex electrical systems. The successful candidate will utilize their experience and expertise in the field of electrical engineering to provide solutions to a diverse clientele that includes multinational industry leaders. Your day to day will include :

• Performing calculations related to the sizing and installation of electrical equipment including : MCC's, lighting, circuit breakers, motors, transformers, wiring systems, switchgear, and grounding systems
• Utilizing the National Electrical Code, IEEE standards, and requirements of insurers in the development of electrical designs at industrial and commercial facilities
• Developing detailed equipment specifications for electrical distribution equipment, MCC's, Drives, low voltage field devices, instrumentation, lighting, circuit protection, and power monitoring equipment
• Designing power distribution and grounding systems up to 15kV
• Developing motor and process control documents including loop and motor elementary drawings
• Analyzing data, preparing reports, and delivering presentations on proposed and ongoing projects to internal staff and clients
• Mentoring and overseeing junior engineers and technicians
• Performing QA / QC reviews throughout the design development process
• Working directly with clients to develop project options and alternatives, provide engineering guidance for project planning and development, field investigations, and critical issues
