Key Responsibilities : Licensed Practical Nurse LPN As an LPN, you are vital to the clinical care provided at our facility. Your duties include : Daily Documentation : Meticulously perform daily documentation of resident care, status, and changes in condition accurately and completely in compliance with facility policy and state regulations. Order Management : Transcribe physicians’ orders to MARs (Medication Administration Records) and treatment sheets, ensuring meticulous record-keeping. Communication : Promptly notify pharmacy of new orders and communicate any changes in resident condition to the supervising RN / physician immediately. Medication & Treatment : Safely and accurately prepare and administer medications and perform prescribed treatments as ordered by the physician, strictly within the LPN scope of practice. Supervision : Assist in supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on your unit to ensure the delivery of exceptional care. Qualifications : Must possess an Active and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License in good standing in the state of Wisconsin.
