Compensation

At S&C, we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members, and we are committed to transparency in our pay practices. The estimated annual base salary range for this position is $124960 - $165572 . Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills and experience, and relevant education or training. This role is also eligible for S&C's annual incentive plan (AIP), subject to eligibility criteria.

Are you passionate about finance ? Reporting directly to the Senior Director - Business Controlling, the Product Development Controller is responsible for managing financial requirements and becoming a key strategic business partner for the Product Development and Technology, Breakthrough, and Innovation (TBI) teams and Power Systems Services (PSS). Additional responsibilities include ensuring Product Development, TBI and PSS teams run efficiently and cost effectively and supporting leadership and management with a focus on improved performance while maintaining procedures and processes that ensure efficacy and continuous improvement through key business metrics. The position will work closely with the Product Development, TBI and PSSI teams to assist in driving extensive and sustainable growth for their respective business strategies.
