Job Description
Drive production operations to meet or exceed company goals in terms of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. Identify and communicate any continuous improvement opportunities, and assist or lead continuous improvement actions. Drive production of customer orders to meet or exceed customer expectations. Identify and develop internal personnel to support continued growth. Schedule resources, equipment, and work flow that drives the efficient use of shipping resources and achieves target on time delivery. Manage raw material resources, warehouse inventory and vendor relationships as applicable. Assist in costing efforts by compiling production reports, completing time studies and provide recommendations as necessary. Responsible for the compliant execution of all ISPM-15 processes. Oversee prompt follow up on all customer quality concerns and ensure operational corrective action(s) to prevent reoccurrence. Ensure all safety incidences or concerns are promptly reported to the safety department. Oversee maintenance resources, including parts and outside contractors, to ensure safe and reliable operation of equipment. Operate efficiently with a commitment to continuous improvement regarding all areas of responsibility : work force, training, housekeeping, etc. Maintain cooperative working relationship with both internal and external customers. Collaborate with Sales and Engineering to understand Critical Customer Requirements and translate such to leads and builders to ensure quality product and satisfied customers. Ability to read blueprints and collaborate with engineering on product design as needed.

The Successful Applicant
Has 1-2 years of proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong ability to manage and motivate teams. Demonstrates a solid understanding of production workflows and warehousing operations. Experienced in overseeing and improving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, and Cost. Skilled in identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across operations. Able to manage resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, materials, and vendor relationships. Familiar with warehouse management systems, inventory control, and logistics best practices. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of generating production and performance reports. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments, including Sales and Engineering. Detail-oriented with the ability to read blueprints and contribute to product design discussions. Committed to safety compliance and quality standards, including ISPM-15 processes. Possesses strong problem-solving abilities and can operate in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
