Long Shot Hospitality is hiring an Executive Chef to lead the kitchen at Dauphine’s , our modern New Orleans-inspired restaurant in the heart of downtown DC. We’re looking for a creative, driven chef with a strong culinary foundation, charcuterie experience, and a proven track record in kitchen leadership, team development, and financial performance.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and guest satisfaction and will bring their own perspective to the Dauphine’s menu while honoring its signature style and vision. This is a high-profile role with the opportunity to shape the future of one of DC’s dining destinations.
What We’re Looking For :
As Executive Chef, you’ll work closely with the General Manager to co-lead the restaurant, overseeing all kitchen operations and contributing to a positive, supportive, and professional workplace culture.
