Job Summary
This role investigates and responds to security related allegations and incidents, conducts risk assessments, and conducts classroom training. Areas of responsibility include co-managing the employee identification and access control system, managing daily security needs at the enterprise and local level, and managing mail and package handling services for Southwire's Corporate offices.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct or assist security investigations in cases of theft, fraud, violence, threats, and other cases of misconduct by employees, contractors, or other invitees.
Manages employee and non-employee access across the enterprise.
Manages package handling and mail operations for Corporate locations.
Initiate, review, and close out assigned cases within the case management platform and support P&C liaisons with case management as necessary.
Partner with internal resources across Southwire Operations, ITS, Ethics & Compliance, People & Culture, and Legal Department on security related matters and improvements.
Act as a liaison with security counterparts and law enforcement partners across the enterprise, to include the FBI, DHS, State Police, and Local Law Enforcement agencies.

Required Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree : 5-7 Years of Experience
(2+) years of law enforcement, armed services, or security management experience.
Peace Officer Standards and Training Certification (POST).
Preferred Education & Experience
8-11 Years of Experience : Physical Security
Security certifications (e.g. CPP, CSSM, PSP, etc.).
