Key Responsibilities
Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via phone, email, or chat
Identifying customer needs and assisting with the use of specific features
Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Experience in customer support or a related field
Familiarity with programs and solutions related to the role
Ability to work remotely
Availability for Monday-Friday shifts, either 8AM-4 : 30PM or 8AM-5PM EST
Verification of education / licenses with a recruiter or staffing manager is required
