Engineering Manager - Industrial / Construction

Prudential Overall Supply is looking for a talented individual that is well ready to take the lead as an Engineering Manager - Industrial / Construction. This individual must feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a great attitude. This position requires travel and is based out of our corporate office in Irvine, CA.

The Engineering Manager will work in general areas of Industrial Laundry Facilities, overseeing engineering and technical design of industrial engineering, generally optimizing the complex processes and systems to minimize waste. Create and supervises capital project schedule, budget, and communications with stakeholders of existing or proposed new facilities throughout United States.

Essential Functions :

• Tackle new problems, propose new products, and develop strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and / or operational process.
• Helps to create and oversee project budgets and engages in cost management strategies.
• Manage medium to large capital projects from concept through completion.
• Manages staff and assigns tasks to engineering and technical personnel.
• Determine the need for training and talent development.
• Assures that processes meet quality and safety compliance guidelines.
• Collaborates with other team leaders and departments.
• Forges and maintains relationships with suppliers and contractors.
• Company travel as required with overnight stays.
