Information Systems Analyst II positions coordinate the development, testing, implementation, and modification of complex department information systems utilizing both internal and external Information Technology (IT) service providers as resources; perform business process analysis and modeling; perform research to identify hardware and / or software capable of meeting a requirements specification; provide hardware / software technical support to end-users in the day-to-day operation of systems; supervise technical support personnel; and perform other duties as assigned.

• Information Systems Analyst II employees may be required to lift up to 30 pounds and must be able to bend, squat, and crawl on the job.

Minimum Requirements :

You must meet the following requirements on the date you apply, unless otherwise indicated.

Education : Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education (i.e., minimum completed units = 120 semester / 180 quarter).
