Wireless Retail Store Manager

Overview

Compensation : Up to $25.00 or more per hour, including hourly rate and commissions, and incentives.

Position : Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Store Manager, Team Nextar (Nextar Telecom). Full Time.

Team Nextar, an authorized retailer for Metro by T-Mobile with over 260 locations nationwide, is looking for successful Retail Store Managers to join our management team. As a Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Store Manager for Team Nextar, you will work directly with all team members to ensure they are well versed in our selling process, Metro by T-Mobile products and services, and our operational standards of excellence and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in retail and / or customer-facing environments, preferably in the wireless industry, and will be skilled at delivering an excellent customer experience through an effective sales process, product knowledge, and the ability to manage any type of customer concern or need with professionalism and a positive attitude.
