Role

We are looking for a Network Operations Engineer to join our small but exceptional Infrastructure team. You'll be on the front line of ensuring reliable, secure, and performant customer connectivity. In this role, you will monitor, troubleshoot, and support production network services while partnering closely with customers and internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively. This is a hands-on position that offers exposure to cloud networking, VPN technologies, and customer-facing problem-solving in a high-growth environment.

About You

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers experiencing network connectivity issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve VPN / IPSec connectivity problems across diverse customer environments
• Monitor network services and proactively respond to incidents to maintain reliability and performance
• Collaborate with Deployment Strategists to triage and resolve customer issues during data ingestion and integration
• Maintain internal runbooks and troubleshooting documentation to ensure repeatability and knowledge sharing
• Provide clear, empathetic, and technically sound communication to customers and internal stakeholders
• Participate in an on-call rotation to support customer needs

Salary Range : $98,000-$137,000 Annually + Benefits + Equity (if applicable) + Bonus (if applicable)

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, certifications or licenses, and specific work location.
