Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Attorney at our Plano, TX office. The Attorney will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks including providing legal advice, document preparation for real estate closings, preparing and reviewing legal documents, and engaging in negotiations. The role requires a deep understanding of law, particularly transactional real estate law and title insurance.

Qualifications

• Proficient in providing Legal Advice
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Plano, TX
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to the Texas State Bar
• Previous experience in title insurance is preferred
