Design-build General Contractor is seeking a self-starting Industrial / Commercial Construction Project Coordinator with minimum 2 years' experience to oversee industrial and commercial site projects in Los Angeles and Orange County. Responsibilities Blue print reading with ability to reconcile plans with incoming bids Bid invitations New utility set up and follow up Manage RFIs and Submittals from start to finish Assist in plan review in determining validity of and processing of change orders Weekly site visits Work with team to determine : day-to-day task clarification update schedules track procurement assist with plan check submittals to include disbursement of plan check comments to disciplines and arrange for plan distribution as needed Must be proficient in MS Office and MS Project.
