About the

A busy

employment litigation practice

in New York City is seeking a

Paralegal

to support its attorneys handling workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage & hour cases. This is a full-time, on-site role offering hands-on experience in meaningful litigation work.

What You’ll

Draft and organize pleadings, discovery, and trial exhibits

Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries

Manage case files and assist with e-discovery / document production

Support attorneys in depositions, mediations, and trial preparation

Coordinate communications with clients, courts, and third parties

What We’re Looking

2+ years of

paralegal / litigation support experience

(employment law preferred)

Strong drafting, organizational, and multitasking skills

Familiarity with litigation software / e-discovery tools a plus

Bachelor’s degree and / or Paralegal Certificate preferred

Excellent communication and client-service skills

Must be able to work

on-site in New York City

$65,000 – $85,000

annually (commensurate with experience), plus health benefits, PTO, and growth opportunities.
