About The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and hands-on Inventory, Returns & Maintenance Specialist to manage day-to-day inventory operations, oversee product returns, and maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our facility. This unique hybrid role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys taking ownership of varied responsibilities across inventory control, customer service, and building upkeep. The Facilities Coordinator will work closely with various departments providing a safe, organized work environment for employees and guests.
Key Responsibilities Include :
Returns :
- Process returned merchandise from customers in accordance with company policies.
- Coordinate restocking or disposal of returned products.
- Communicate with customer service and warehouse teams to resolve return issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of returns for reporting and analysis.
- Inspect returned items for damage, defects, or missing parts.
Building Maintenance :
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as light repairs, painting and equipment upkeep.Monitor building systems (lighting, HVAC, plumbing, etc.) and report issues requiring professional repair to Ops manager.Ensure all workspaces, restrooms, and common areas are clean, safe, and functional.Restock facility supplies (cleaning products, maintenance tools, etc.).Assist with office or facility rearrangement and improvement projects.Inventory :
Label and store incoming inventory accurately.Track inventory movement, ensuring proper stock records.Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas.Ideal Candidate Traits :
Organized, detailed, proactive, and disciplined.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues.Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.Comfortable adapting to seasonal facility and / or team needs.Collaborative approach to prioritizing short and long-term projects.We're Interested in Hearing From People Who Have :
Requirements :
Proven experience in facilities management or a related role.Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving supplies.Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects efficiently.Basic maintenance skills for daily equipment checks and minor repairs.Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a facility environment.Ability to be flexible and work staggered hours to support improvements and repairs outside of normal business hours.Valid Driver's License.What We Offer You :
