Provide leadership and direction for the efficient operations and maintenance of all facility electrical, mechanical, structural, and life safety, including finishes and furnishings.

• Develop and maintain positive client relationship
• Conflict resolution and solution analysis
• Responsible for oversight of multiple airport lounges as assigned, coverage including responding to urgent issues off hours and weekends. Inspections of lounges (travel estimated at 50%)
• Provides contract compliance management and quality control
• Responsible for JLL Engineering compliance program
• Preparation of detailed budgets for operations
• Preparation of regular and ad-hoc reports
• Work order CMMS management including but not limited to evaluation and timely response to work requests, dispatching of resources and resolving within KPI required timelines
• Proficiency with CMMS and MS Office software. Preferred experience in Corrigo.
• Any and all other duties and tasks assigned

Estimated total compensation for this position : $119,350.00 $146,190.00 USD per year

Location : On-site Salt Lake City, UT, Seattle, WA
