Your Impact
The talent who joins the team will be a client champion advocating for our sellers to ensure their needs are met. As a tactical expert, you will provide hands-on support, resolve issues, monitor contracts and manage routine processes to keep operations running smoothly. Foster a positive, high-performing team environment that embraces flexibility, innovation and resourcefulness. The CRM will also be instrumental as a relationship architect building lasting partnerships with sellers, internal teams and leadership, driving the success of our Account Executives and their designated region / POD by driving tool adoption and executing on strategic plans ultimately, impacting client happiness and increased sales to Freddie Mac.
